I provide individual therapy sessions tailored to your unique needs, addressing issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and other difficulties. The therapeutic interventions aim to foster self-awareness, emotional healing, and personal transformation, integrating Indigenous healing practices with Western modalities.

I am an NIHB approved therapist and also offer direct billing to many insurance providers.

EMDR Therapy

EMDR Therapy (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing)


EMDR is a gentle, evidence-based therapy that helps people heal from difficult or traumatic experiences. Instead of focusing only on talking about the past, EMDR uses guided eye movements or other forms of bilateral stimulation to help the brain reprocess difficult memories. This allows the memory to become less overwhelming, reducing distress and making room for new perspectives, healing, and resilience.

Trauma Therapy

My approach to trauma therapy weaves together clinical tools with the wisdom of Indigenous healing practices. Rooted in the teachings of the Medicine Wheel, sessions support balance in mind, body, spirit, and emotions. Practices such as smudging, storytelling, grounding with the land, and ceremony may be included to create a safe space for healing.

This way of working honors both traditional knowledge and modern therapy, guiding individuals toward resilience, reconnection, and wholeness.
